Randall Svane’s newly commissioned choral work, Wer bin ich, with text by Dietrich Bonhoeffer, was premiered on August 3, 2019 at the Schwäbischer Kunstsommer in Irsee, Germany.

Randall Svane's Quantum Flight was performed on September 22, 23, and 24th by the Virginia Symphony Orchestra, under the direction of JoAnn Falletta.  The performances took place in Norfolk, Newport News and Virginia Beach.

The Moravian Philharmonic Orchestra, under the direction of Philipp Amelung premiered Randall Svane’s
Saint Francis Symphony on November 20, 2016 as part of the Ickinger Konzertzyklus Music Festival in
Ebenhausen, Germany.
Randall Svane’s new organ work Light Perpetual was featured in this year’s London Festival of Contemporary Church Music.  It received its U.K. premiere on May 14 at St. Pancras Church, London.

In July 2013, Randall Svane’s Violin Concerto was premiered in Tübingen, Germany by the Tübingen University Orchestra, under the direction of Philipp Amelung, with renowned violinist Julia Galic. The work was subsequently performed in October 2013 on the orchestra’s US concert tour.

Randall Svane's REQUIEM FOR THE UNKNOWN received its World Premiere on October 16, 2011 by the Munich Chamber Choir, Philipp Amelung, conductor at the Prinzregententheater, Munich. Svane was commissioned by the Munich Chamber Choir to compose a major choral work for the 10th anniversary remembrance of 9/11. The performance was recorded by Deutschland Radio Kultur and broadcast nationwide on December 8, 2011.

Randall Svane's Antiphons of the Angels, commissioned by Schola Cantorum Leipzig, Philipp Amelung, Director, received its
World Premiere on December 18 in Leipzig, Germany.

Randall Svane's new MASS received its European Premiere on August 17, 2008 in Salzburg, Austria. The performance by Schola Cantorum on Hudson, Deborah Simpkin King, Director, took place during the 10 a.m. High Mass in the Salzburg Dom. The Salzburg Dom, (where Mozart once served as organist), is internationally recognized for its outstanding music program.
